(25+ dwellings) in ENGLAND & WALES only.

could be your first step into the property business, as
we pay a generous commission to you as an intermediary,
upon a successful transaction. We can only work with a decision
maker, so make sure your contact is the person that can
say 'yes' - not have to go through a 3 rd party.

What
we are looking for
- We
want to deal only with principles not estate agents
(We can initially talk to you) we would need to be in
direct contact with the ''yes'' person - no-one else.
We cannot negotiate through a 3rd party.
- We
have a very large open cheque book for the right opportunity.
- We
would not look at sites less than £1m in cost,
we would go up to £25m or more.
- We
would not look at sites that could have less than 25
dwellings on (houses or flats)
- The
site must have OPP (if you don't know what this is,
it wont have and we are not interested)
- The
site must not already be advertised on the open market
- We
want exclusive negotiating rights for 3 months - we
will not get into a dutch auction with a 3 rd party.
If ''someone'' comes along with a better offer, we shall
withdraw immediately - it's too time consuming.
- We
can move quickly; provided the numbers stack
up.
- We
are not interested in sites in Bulgaria , The Ukraine,
Outer Mongolia, The Moon or anywhere but England &
Wales.
