FEE GUARANTEE:
Don't waste your
time trying to find anyone with cheaper fees - there isn't
anyone; we put our money where our mouth is and guarantee
it. We will refund our Standard Fee of £1,995 at completion,
if you find anyone with cheaper fees where you take the discounted
price option (not our deposit paid for you option) - end of
story!
We find it odd that companies similar
to ours, dont tell you what their fees are up front; you have
to be in contact with them. Typically our competitors charge
2% or 3% of the property value (not the lower
discount price).
If/when you reserve
a property from us, where you take the discounted price (instead
of the deposit/fees paid option), you pay us a single fully
inclusive standard fee for virtually all UK properties outside
the London area (Plus the initial developers refundable deposit
- usually £1,000). - click

The fee refund offer
refers to a competitors bone-fide 'general' fees and not a
special one off arrangement with you personally (because the
person is a relative or something!); we would need details
of the company and brief evidence of their standard arrangement
at the point you reserve the property - and that will do.
